Contact persons

  • If you would like to sell used formwork, you can contact Form-on directly. We are specialists in the international trading of used formwork. After reviewing your enquiry and your material, we will provide you with a fair, non-binding offer based on the current market price.

  • Our Sourcing Managers are your direct contact persons for all questions related to selling formwork. You can reach us via email, telephone or WhatsApp. Contact details can be found on our contact page.

  • We are your dealer if you want to sell used formwork. By selling directly to Form-on, you avoid typical risks associated with marketplace sales – such as unreliable enquiries, price pressure or non-payment. We assess your material in line with the market, organise logistics and ensure a secure and transparent transaction process.

  • We handle all formwork purchases in the B2B sector. We buy formwork from construction companies, dealers, farmers or other business operators. To sell, you only need a VAT number or tax number (company name including address).

Price & payment

  • The price you can achieve for your used formwork depends on several factors:
    • System
    • Manufacturer
    • Quantity
    • Condition (rust, dents, contamination, holes, etc.)
Ideally, you send us a material list and photos or videos so that our Sourcing Managers can determine the market value as accurately as possible.
For large quantities or if there are open questions, we can arrange a video call or an on-site inspection. This helps us gain a better understanding of your formwork material.

  • We usually prepare a total offer based on all items you wish to sell. For example, if most of your material is ready for use and you would also like to sell individual damaged or heavily used elements, this is not a problem – we assess each case individually. Based on your material list and photos, you will receive a non-binding offer at a realistic market price.

  • After the goods have been received at our warehouse, the invoice is issued. We then transfer the agreed amount to your account via bank transfer.

  • Form-on is an experienced and reliable partner in the trade of used formwork. As a subsidiary of Doka GmbH, a globally leading supplier of formwork, we stand for financial stability, professional processes and many years of market experience. Thanks to clear contractual handling, you can rely on a transparent, reputable and secure sales process.

Product

  • Demand for formwork strongly depends on the respective market – what is less in demand in one country may be highly sought after in another. Thanks to our global sales network, we find the right market for many systems.
Commonly traded systems include, for example:
    • Peri Skydeck, Peri Trio, Peri Maximo, Peri MULTIPROP, Peri PEP
    • Doka Framax Xlife, Doka Alu-Framax, Doka Frami, Doka Dokaflex, Doka Eurex 20 top, Doka Eurex 30 top
    • Hünnebeck Manto, Hünnebeck Rasto
    • Meva Mammut, Meva StarTec Paschal Raster,
    • NOE NOEtop
However, other brands or compatible systems may also be of interest, such as NOE, Ulma, Faresin, Alsina, Condor, Kaufmann, Elvermann or Ischebeck. We are happy to assess the current market value of your formwork.

  • We specialise in purchasing larger quantities of formwork, as we have the necessary logistics and storage capacity. However, we also buy smaller packages or individual components (formwork elements, props, formwork beams, accessories). Whether it is site stock, warehouse clearance or older material – we support you in selling your inventory.

  • Yes. Even older, damaged or incomplete formwork can still have a market value, for example for refurbishment specialists. The decisive factors are manufacturer, system and current demand. We are happy to assess the price your sale can achieve.

  • At Form-on, you can sell formwork in any condition – from heavily used or contaminated elements to nearly new formwork. Therefore, we recommend: contact us first before investing time or money in extensive repairs. We are happy to assess the current market value of your material.

  • We require photos that allow us to assess the current condition of the formwork.
In addition, a material list should include the following information: manufacturer and system, element sizes, quantities, and a general description of the condition (lightly used, heavily used, damaged, contaminated, etc.). If this information is not fully available, a short description of the material is also sufficient.
A material list could look as follows:
    • System: Peri Trio
    • Element: TR 270 x 120
    • Quantity: 25 units
    • Condition: heavily used, rusty, panels damaged

  • Formwork is always in demand. It is often advisable to sell the material directly after project completion so that we can collect it immediately from the last site location. This helps you avoid additional storage and unnecessary transport costs.

Processing & logistics

  • The process is simple:
    1. You send us information about your formwork (material list and photos).
    2. Our sourcing team reviews your material and prepares a non-binding offer.
    3. If you agree, we organise the collection of the material.
    4. After receipt at our warehouse, we transfer the amount to your account.

  • Yes. Used formwork is traded worldwide. Form-on has an international network and purchases formwork from many countries. Therefore, it does not matter in which country your business is registered or where your formwork material is stored.

  • Within the EU, you generally do not require any documents. We will provide you with a supplier master data form, where you enter your company name, address, VAT number and bank details so that we can prepare an offer for you. For sales outside the EU, additional customs documents for import are required – we will of course support you with this.

  • In most cases, we organise collection via our logistics partners, so you do not need to worry about transport. We work in accordance with Incoterms 2020: FCA.

  • Yes. We can collect your formwork directly from construction sites or storage locations, also internationally. Loading on site is carried out by the seller using a forklift or crane.

  • After receiving your material list and photos, we usually prepare an offer within 1–2 working days. If you accept the offer, we organise collection. The exact duration depends on the transport route. After arrival, the individual items are received by our warehouse staff. The invoice is then issued and we transfer the amount to your account (this requires at least 4 working days).
In ideal circumstances, the entire process takes approximately 4–5 weeks, depending on the situation and current capacity.
