These terms and conditions regulate the requirements for participation in the current giveaway promotion of Form-on GmbH via their social media channels.

§ 1 ORGANIZER OF THE COMPETITION

 

The organizer of the giveaway competition is Form-on GmbH, Josef Umdasch Platz 1, 3300 Amstetten, Austria.

§ 2 ELIGIBILITY

 

All persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate.

Participation is only possible if the participant does not violate any compliance guidelines that apply to him/her (e.g. gift acceptance guidelines for employees of customers of the organizer). All employees of Form-on GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation with false identities or with identities of third individuals is not permitted.

Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions of participation stated here. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation. Anyone who fulfills these rules will be entered into the giveaway raffle. Each participant can only take part in the raffle in his own name and only once per raffle.

§ 3 COURSE OF THE GIVEAWAY COMPETITION AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

 

Condition of participation:

Participation in the giveaway competition takes place by means of: "Follow" the Form-on account + "Like" + "Comment" under the social media post from 28 March 2025 by Form-on on the following channels:

Period of participation: 

The giveaway competition starts on 28 March 2025 and ends on 01 April 2025 at 11:59 pm (CET). After the end of the competition, no more entries can be considered. The draw will take place on 02 April 2025.

Prize - the giveaway: 3 x 2 Tickets (1-Day-Vistor-Pass for bauma 2025)

Form-on GmbH will draw the prize specified in the giveaways description from among all eligible participants, provided that the prerequisites for winning are met. The prize will be distributed by the organizer. The prize will be sent to the winner.

Draw / Raffle of the giveaway:

The winner will be chosen at random. The winner will be notified by private message by Form-on.

The giveaway cannot be transferred to other persons, exchanged or paid out in cash. If the prize cannot be claimed by the winner, it will be forfeited without replacement.

Exclusion and modifications:

Form-on GmbH reserves the right to terminate or modify the competition at any time. No claims can be derived from premature termination.

Entries (= comments) to the competition may not contain insults, false facts, competition, trademark or copyright infringements. Participants who violate these conditions of participation or who demonstrably use unauthorized aids may be excluded from participation in the competition. If the conditions for exclusion are met, the giveaway prize may be subsequently withdrawn, or giveaway prize already delivered may be reclaimed.

 

§ 4 DATA PROTECTION NOTICE

 

Form-on GmbH respects the privacy of the participants and therefore takes the protection of personal data very seriously. When handling this data, Form-on GmbH acts in strict compliance with the relevant statutory data protection regulations.

If you participate in the giveaway competition, we, as the data protection controller, process the personal data of you associated with your participation and disclosed by you to us in order to carry out the giveaway prize and to identify you as an eligible participant, as well as for any prize determination and notification and the dispatch of any giveaway prize.

In order to participate in the competition, Form-on GmbH collects, stores and uses the participant's social media profile and their comments. These are processed by Form-on GmbH exclusively for the purpose of determining the winner and conducting the giveaway competition.

Please note, however, that the content you publish as part of your participation is linked together with your profile name and, via this, also with your social media profile and can thus be permanently accessed via our LinkedIn page. Please note the settings option for the public visibility of your profile on LinkedIn or Meta (Instagram and Facebook).

Only in the event that the participant is also the winner of the corresponding raffle, he will be notified of his win by private message via LinkedIn / Instagram / Facebook. Personal data will be deleted after the end of the campaign and will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances.

By participating in the raffle, the winner agrees to the collection, storage and use of his personal data (first name, last name, e-mail adress, postal address) by Form-on GmbH for the purpose of conducting the raffle. Data will only be passed on if this is necessary for the purpose of the competition (e.g. delivery of the prize).

§ 5 OTHER

 

The participant releases LinkedIn and Meta (Instagram und Facebook)from any liability. Legal recourse is excluded.

These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants are subject exclusively to Austrian law.

Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation.
