Yes. Used formwork is traded worldwide. Form-on has an international network and purchases formwork from many countries. Therefore, it does not matter in which country your business is registered or where your formwork material is stored.

Within the EU, you generally do not require any documents. We will provide you with a supplier master data form, where you enter your company name, address, VAT number, and bank details so that we can prepare an offer. For sales outside the EU, additional customs documents are required – we will of course support you with this.

In most cases, we organize collection via our logistics partners, so you do not need to worry about transportation. We work in accordance with Incoterms 2020: FCA.

Yes. We can collect your formwork directly from jobsites or storage locations, also internationally. Loading on site is carried out by the seller using a forklift or crane.

After receiving your material list and photos, we usually prepare an offer within 1–2 business days. If you accept the offer, we organize the collection. The exact duration depends on the transportation route. After arrival, the items are received by our warehouse staff. The invoice is then issued, and we transfer the amount to your account (this requires at least 4 business days).
In ideal circumstances, the entire process takes approximately 4–5 weeks, depending on the situation and current capacity.
